Services

Ideation and
Business Modelling

Leveraging on the numerous years and experience in entrepreneurship and starting up, i work with startups and existing businesses in developing a culture of innovation and efficient execution within the enterprise. I firmly believe in the power of FRUGAL INNOVATION as the most sustainable method of creating a product that will have impact and create value in communities.

Product Development and
Growth Hacking

Starting up is hard, it is riddled with so many variables that can easily invalidate a startup’s product. I help founders figure out the quickest way to get their product to market and get valuable user feedback that can be used to reduce the risk associated with starting up. Taking a team from ideation through to the commercialization of their product, I also work on incorporating processes that make that innovation sustainable and scalable.

Speaker Engagement and Panel Moderation

I love sharing what i have learnt in trying to startup and grow a tech company in an emerging economy. The things I wish I knew going in and learnt the hard way through the successes and failures my team and I have enjoyed. The year on year worth of experience has also given a unique perspective on the growing trends surrounding technology, and its adoption in a constantly evolving market.

It has been my privilege to get to know Takunda in the lead up to a Conference we are hosting. His professionalism both in the Speaker Panel and in the development of the Conference website and mobile app is noticeable. Takunda balances the reliability and high standards of a seasoned professional with the fast moving excitement and productivity of an up and coming entrepreneur. Beyond that, he’s a nice guy to work with. I hope our paths cross again in the future.

Startups

My vision is to help build and launch 100 startups in and around Africa by the year 2020. It for this reason that i have dedicated my work to building enduring companies in and around Africa. I believe that the next unicorn is not going to be a single tech company, but a syndicate of startups that cumulatively create products that will disrupt industries across national borders. So with each startup, with each problem we solve we take a leap forward towards what we are to be, which is what we are slowly becoming.
